By using the Boatload app or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Boatload.

Boatload is an unofficial app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Sayville Ferry Service Inc. or any ferry operator. “Boatload” provides schedule information for convenience only.

Schedule data is sourced from publicly available information and updated automatically, but times can change without notice and errors can occur. Boatload does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any schedule. Always verify departures with the ferry operator before you travel. Boatload is not liable for missed boats, delays, or any losses arising from reliance on the information shown.

Boatload Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that goes ad-free, priced at $9.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency). Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device’s App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Boatload will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these terms as Boatload evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The current version is always available here with its “last updated” date.
